The following list are the Governors' Directives that relate to state activities relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and how it impacts equal access to State programs and services for individuals with disabilities.

• Executive Memorandum No. 06-02 - Access to State Government by Persons with Disabilities
• Administrative Directive No. 97-01 - Responsibilities for Americans with Disabilities Act Coordination and Implementation
• Administrative Directive No. 97-02 - Communication Access for Persons with Disabilities to Programs, Services, and Activities of the State of Hawaii
• Administrative Directive No. 97-03 - Non-Discrimination to Programs, Services, and Actvities of the State of Hawaii on the Basis of Disability
• Administrative Directive No. 98-01 - Reasonable Accommodation for Persons with Disabilities
• Administrative Directive No. 98-02 - Facility Access

Individual State Departments may also have issued their own Directors' Memorandums regarding compliance with the ADA. Specific Departments must be contacted regarding such memorandums.
